WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE GIFT CARD HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
The recipient can either make an appointment from our site to visit the shop, or stop by at any time during regular operating hours. There, a personal stylist will guide him through our one of a kind made-to-measure experience.
CAN I HAVE THE GIFT BOX DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT / MYSELF?
You can have a gift order delivered to your own home or directly to the recipient. During checkout, after entering your own billing address, you will have an opportunity to enter the appropriate shipping information.
IS THERE A SHIPPING CHARGE ON GIFT ORDERS?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all Gift Boxes. Gift Boxes can also be picked up at no cost from our store location. There are no shipping charges on eGifts delivered digitally by e-mail.
HOW DO I KNOW THE GIFT HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
Gift Box orders will include a tracking number showing the delivery status of the package. eGifts will be sent minutes after purchase, or at noon EST on a scheduled future delivery date. At time of delivery, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the Sender’s E-mail Address provided during purchase.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD BALANCE?
The Gift Card or eGift can be used at any time in-store, online, or by phone. Present the Gift Card or a printed copy of the eGift at time of purchase, or simply enter the Gift Card number in the space provided during the online checkout process. CAN I CHECK THE REMAINING BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD?
The balance on any Gift Card or eGift can be checked by calling 646.707.0665 during regular store hours.
